Prices 2008-2009:

Participation fee
The price for participation in our long courses (more than 4 weeks) is 1050 DKK per week, for sharing a double-room, single-room with shared toilet and bath, and three-bed room. A single-room with toilet and bath costs 1.200 DKK per week.
In addition you have to pay an entry fee of 175 DKK per month, that covers our common fund. The common fund is a pool of money reserved for different arrangements common administrated by the students.

Special grant
If you wish to join our courses for more than 16 weeks, and you are self-financed, you will get a grant from the high school of 289 DKK per extra week in excess of the first 16 weeks of your stay: Week 1-16 costs 1050 DKK, week 17-24 costs 761 DKK. (Single-room with toilet and bath 911 DKK).

In addition you have to pay:

1.750 DKK for the trip to Lillehammer in Norway in May 2009.

1.950 DKK for the trip to Lillehammer in Norway in September 2009.

1.975 DKK for the trip to Strasbourg in France in May 2010.

Payment:
If you come from a country that demands visa for Denmark:
Payment of the stay at the folk high school and entry fee have to be paid in advance. We send you a confirmation when we receive your payment. You have to use the confirmation in connection with your visa application.
Note! The treatment of your visa application might take long!

If you come from a country not demanding visa for Denmark:
Participation fee has to be paid at our office every 4th week, a month in advance.
Your enrolment is first valid, when you have paid the entry fee of 175 DKK, either on the enclosed Giro inpayment form or transferred to our bank account.

If you come from one of the countries admitted to The European Union May 2004 and 2007, you can get a special grant for your stay via the folk high school. Please contact the schools office for further information.
